Project Manager - Construction / Wrap-Up

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Project Manager to cover construction and wrap-up accounts, supporting its lead advisory colleagues. The role sits in one of Marsh's larger Risk US offices in the Central, SE or NE zone and is hybrid, with at least three days a week in the office. It acts as the primary day-to-day contact, building client relationships and coordinating with internal teams and insurers.

Key responsibilities

• Support advisory colleagues on construction and wrap-up books of business by understanding clients' strategic priorities, risk strategies and management needs.
• Use risk expertise and industry knowledge to review client exposures and loss experience and develop tailored solutions.
• Assist in client presentations and propose solutions that attract new clients and projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact.
• Manage an account load, coordinating with Service Offices, Client Executives, Risk Practices and clients.
• Partner with Risk Practices on business placement, liaise with insurers on documentation and support account retention and growth through cross-selling.
• Maintain high quality in client deliverables, including monitoring service delivery and invoicing.
• Stay informed on market changes and share insights internally.

Required profile

• 3+ years of insurance industry experience, including construction/wrap-up.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• P&C license required, or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire.
• Strong relationship-building, self-starting and collaborative attitude.

• Base salary range of $92,500 to $197,100, depending on experience, skills, location and other factors.
