Project Manager – Construction

About the role

Alston Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead, direct, and coordinate the overall management of assigned construction projects. The role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and meet profit goals while strengthening client relationships and the company’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure quality completion of projects on time and within budget.
• Review contract, design, and subcontract documents for conflicts, compliance, and constructability.
• Maintain document control, submit close‑out documents and as‑built drawings.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent to drive construction processes and coordinate staff activities.
• Create, maintain, and monitor a detailed master project schedule and provide accurate status reports.
• Lead or support responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), including site investigations and preliminary design.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction projects from inception to close‑out.
• Strong knowledge of contract documents, design specifications, and construction standards.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and maintain client relationships.
