Project Manager – Architecture (Mixed-Use & Multifamily)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Project Manager to lead mixed‑use and multifamily residential projects at our Los Angeles office. The role involves overseeing projects from concept through construction documentation while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ground‑up multifamily development projects, including concept design, zoning analysis, building code research and construction document detailing.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, city officials and internal teams to ensure project compliance and timely delivery.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and quality control throughout all phases.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in an architecture firm, preferably on multifamily projects in a major city.
• NAAB‑accredited architecture degree.
• In process of obtaining California licensure.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, detail‑oriented and capable of independent work.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Working knowledge of Rhinoceros and AutoCAD (optional).
• Familiarity with complex land‑use regulations and building codes.
