Project Engineer (Geotechnical/Environmental)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Project Engineer to join Geo‑Solutions, Inc. in a full‑time, travel‑intensive position supporting geotechnical and environmental construction projects across the United States. The role offers early‑career responsibility, hands‑on field work and exposure to business development.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site quality control, management and supervision for geoenvironmental and geotechnical construction projects.
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Conduct bench‑scale studies, estimating and assist in business development activities.
• Travel to project sites nationwide and report progress to office or remotely.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians and clients to ensure project success.

Required profile

• Degree in civil or environmental engineering, environmental science, geology, or related discipline (e.g., math or science).
• Comfortable working outdoors on construction sites and traveling frequently.
• Good sense of finance and cost awareness.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Desire to learn specialized technologies and grow professionally.

Required skills

• Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
• Basic knowledge of geotechnical and environmental engineering principles.
