Project Controls Scheduler II – Construction

About the role

HDR is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler II to support the delivery of power infrastructure projects. You will work closely with project managers and controls teams to develop, monitor, and report on construction schedules for small to medium‑size projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager or Project Controls Manager in monitoring project progress with high attention to detail.
• Develop, evaluate, compile, and present schedule data for execution of work.
• Monitor construction progress and produce written summary progress reports.
• Participate in project coordination meetings.
• Apply scheduling concepts such as logic diagrams, resource allocation, milestones, and level of effort.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction scheduling (5+ years preferred).
• Familiarity with scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar).
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Commitment to HDR’s employee‑owned culture; no visa sponsorship available.
