Project Consultant (Outside Sales) – Roofing & Exterior Restoration

About the role

Aspen Contracting, an established national exterior restoration company, is hiring experienced roofing and exterior restoration sales professionals for its Atlanta market office (116 Woodmont Lane NW, Atlanta, GA). The position is full-time, W-2, with local travel to customer appointments; training, team meetings and office-based business activities are based in the Atlanta office, so candidates must be able to commute reliably. Pay is weekly plus uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Meet homeowners to assess roofing and exterior restoration needs and conduct property inspections to identify project opportunities.
• Build customer relationships, present solutions and explain project options and next steps.
• Manage customer relationships from the first appointment through project completion and develop an active sales pipeline.
• Follow up consistently, address objections and move qualified opportunities toward closing.
• Use company technology to document customer information and project details, and coordinate with internal teams.

Required profile

• Previous roofing or exterior restoration sales experience is required; residential roofing sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with inspections, managing opportunities and maintaining a sales pipeline is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; ability to travel locally in the Atlanta market.
• Ability to commute to the Atlanta office for training, meetings and business activities.

Required skills

• Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet and company technology.
• Ability to work independently, manage time and follow through with customers.

• Weekly pay plus uncapped commission, with potential earnings stated as $70,000 to $200,000+.
