Outside Sales Consultant

About the role

Join Aspen Contracting as an Outside Sales Consultant and work directly with homeowners across the Atlanta market, providing property inspections, restoration solutions, and exceptional customer service from the first appointment through project completion.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with homeowners throughout the assigned territory and generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections, assess roofs, siding, and gutters, and prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options, insurance claims, and coordinate with internal production teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project and follow up after completion to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, competitive, coachable and customer‑focused.
• Strong communicator comfortable working independently and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs.
• High school diploma or GED.
