Project Architect – Lead Design & Delivery

About the role

As a Project Architect you will lead the design and technical delivery of complex, high‑performance environments for commercial and technology clients. You will work closely with clients, consultants and internal teams to translate operational needs into coordinated architectural solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through construction documentation, ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Manage small project teams, review work for standards compliance and provide guidance.
• Develop schematic design and design development concepts in collaboration with project leadership.
• Coordinate architectural scope with engineering consultants and other disciplines.
• Prepare and review construction documents for accuracy, completeness and constructability.
• Perform code analysis and ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards.

Required profile

• NAAB‑accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Current architectural license/registration.
• 8+ years of progressive professional architectural experience.

Required skills

• BIM modeling.
• Architectural drawing production.
• Code analysis.
• LEED knowledge or certification (preferred).
