Project Architect

About the role

Kinetic Design + Development seeks a licensed Project Architect to lead design development and construction documentation for small to medium projects. You will translate innovative concepts into detailed drawings, models, and construction sets while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design development and produce construction documentation for projects.
• Create drawings, models, sections, and details in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Participate in design charrettes, client presentations, and exhibit creation.
• Conduct site visits, field measurements, and research code requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and other disciplines.
• Select materials and finishes aligned with sustainability goals.
• Review and implement redlines with precision.
• Mentor and support production staff.

Required profile

• Motivated, detail‑oriented designer with strong communication skills.
• Licensed architect with 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Ability to manage time effectively and collaborate with clients and teammates.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop).
• Strong design and detailing abilities, knowledge of materials, codes, and construction methods.
