Programs and Business Operations Lead

About the role

A growth-focused business team designs, tests and launches new programs that deliver value to both sides of a two-sided marketplace. Working alongside a Senior Programs and Business Operations Lead, you will help turn early-stage ideas into working programs, partnering with product, marketing, data science, finance and operations teams. The role combines strategic thinking with operational rigor in an ambiguous, fast-evolving space.

Key responsibilities

• Support the senior lead in growing new programs and the levers that drive their success.
• Help design, test, launch and scale new programs, turning new ideas into working initiatives.
• Build tools and frameworks that help teams move faster.
• Partner with product and marketing so programs are designed for both user value and business impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, data science, finance and operations to remove obstacles and execute initiatives.
• Contribute analytical insights that help the user community grow and succeed on the platform.

Required profile

• Deep experience in operations, supply and marketplace dynamics.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally to remove obstacles and execute initiatives.
• Comfortable in ambiguous, early-stage environments; a self-starter who takes initiative.
• Clear communicator with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

What we offer

• Remote work within the U.S., 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days per week).
• Pay rate of $50-$62 per hour plus benefits.
• Fixed-term engagement of approximately 12 months, starting November 17, 2026 and ending November 12, 2027, under a W-2 contract.
