About the role
The Program Supervisor oversees daily operations of housing and supportive service programs, ensuring high‑quality service delivery for participants experiencing housing instability.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coach frontline staff, including case managers and billing specialists.
- Ensure compliance with program, Medicaid, and HRSN documentation and funding requirements.
- Monitor staff workloads, service delivery, and participant outcomes.
- Collaborate with CCOs, healthcare partners, and community organizations to support program performance and expansion.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience in nonprofit, healthcare, housing, or human services.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing program needs.
- Commitment to trauma‑informed, housing‑first, and equitable service delivery.
