Program Manager, Online Merchandising

About the role

The Program Manager, Online Merchandising supports the planning, coordination and continuous optimization of Online Merchandising programs and enablement models, including onboarding, training, change enablement and operational readiness. The role coordinates program lifecycle activities across cross-functional teams (intake, planning, delivery oversight, adoption and continuous improvement) and acts as a central point of coordination, driving clarity, accountability and progress. It reports to the Sr Manager, Program Management and has no direct reports.

Key responsibilities

• Own intake, prioritization and scoping of new initiatives, turning ambiguous requests into clear objectives, success criteria and execution plans
• Build and maintain quarterly roadmaps across workstreams, aligned with priorities, dependencies, resourcing and business cycles
• Develop integrated program plans and operating rhythms, lead working sessions and checkpoints, and coordinate launch readiness
• Oversee post-launch performance through feedback loops, adoption tracking and iteration on training and enablement
• Run stakeholder communication plans, deliver status updates and executive readouts, and escalate risks and trade-offs
• Define and track program KPIs such as adoption, engagement and enablement effectiveness, and standardize operating tools and documentation
• Support forecasting, invoice tracking and budget variance reporting for programs using external tools or vendors

Required profile

• Age 18 or older and legally permitted to work in the United States
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2 years of experience preferred, 4 years preferred
• Preferred: experience coordinating cross-functional programs, exposure to change management, and background in merchandising, business operations or enablement
• Preferred: 1+ year of leadership experience
