Program Manager - Electronics Hardware

About the role

AMAX, a manufacturer of GPU-accelerated IT infrastructure, is looking for a Program Manager in Fremont. You will manage, coordinate and execute the company's program development and operations, owning customer projects and leading the assigned focus team.

Key responsibilities

• Own customer projects: lead the focus team, plan schedules, monitor implementation and coordinate with internal teams to deliver manufacturing outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the program lifecycle and all related tasks and personnel, ensuring efficiency and expected results.
• Analyze and mitigate program risks, and prepare program reports for customers and stakeholders.
• Support program operations aligned with production and customer needs, including production assembly, testing, quality management and supply chain management.
• Provide timely updates and feasible solutions to customers, representing AMAX with customers, suppliers and vendors and building strong business relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, technical engineering, supply chain and other teams on issues such as material planning and production scheduling, and work with global management, engineering and finance teams on cost control and business goals.

Required profile

• At least three years of program management experience in electronics-related hardware manufacturing (servers, HPC, industrial PCs, clusters, storage systems); management and client-facing experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Engineering background is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service abilities.
