Program Finance Analyst

About the role

CACI is looking for a Program Financial Analyst to join its Wireless Solutions Finance team. The analyst provides lead financial support and coordination for a complex contract/program, supports Program Management staff with complex financial analysis and reporting, and acts as a business partner to program managers on planning, forecasting and decision-making. The role is full-time, regular, and based in Jessup.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as lead for cost variance analysis and reporting
• Manage monthly corporate forecasts, Estimate at Completion (EAC), cost baselines, risks and opportunities
• Track annual fiscal plans and provide monthly updates
• Maintain contract budgets
• Own all program financials, including management and review of cost, funding, labor charging and all forecasting and internal reporting

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
• At least 5+ years of related experience in technical project support or management
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and accuracy

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Ability to use corporate systems such as Deltek Costpoint, Cognos, Hyperion (CAPS) and SmartView
• Desired: PowerBI, familiarity with FAR and Cost Accounting Standards, and TS/SCI security clearance
