Program Director, Virtual IOP for Adolescents

About the role

Adolescent Wellness Academy (AWA) is hiring a Program Director to lead its Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adolescents aged 13 to 17 and their families. The role runs the telehealth program remotely, does community outreach to grow it, and leads the virtual clinical team. It is full-time, hybrid (remote plus community outreach), Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 8 PM EST, and pays $70,000 to $75,000 per year.

Key responsibilities

• Outreach: represent the program at events, schools and provider offices
• Business development: build referral partnerships across Florida
• Census: track, forecast and grow census and admissions conversion
• Marketing: partner on campaigns and lead generation
• Operations: run the telehealth IOP schedule and coverage in Kipu EHRC
• Clinical quality: drive outcomes, NPS and quality improvement
• Compliance: keep the program audit-ready (AHCA, DCF, Joint Commission, HIPAA)
• Team leadership: supervise, hire and develop therapists and Wellness Coordinators
• Budget and KPIs: own the budget, KPIs and leadership reporting

Required profile

• Florida-based (required); available for field outreach and occasional travel (required)
• 3+ years in behavioral health or clinical program operations
• 2+ years leading a team or program with measurable results
• Experience with census, admissions or growth targets
• Business development or referral relationship experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Eligible for a DCF and AHCA Level 2 background check
