Program Director - Business Modernization Program

About the role

Moog is seeking a Program Director to lead its Business Modernization Program, overseeing a global end‑to‑end ERP implementation for the Commercial Aircraft Group. This senior position reports to the GVP of Finance and is based onsite in Buffalo, NY.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the full ERP lifecycle—from planning and design through go‑live, stabilization, and long‑term value realization.
• Ensure the program aligns with enterprise business strategy, operating models, and architecture.
• Define and communicate key program metrics (KPIs) across all functions.
• Lead and develop the CAG ERP team, including Business Process Champions, Organizational Change Management, PMO, Finance Manager, and ERP Data Lead.
• Manage scope, risks, budget, timelines, and stakeholder expectations with disciplined governance.
• Build strong partnerships with division and business unit leaders to translate strategic priorities into standardized, scalable processes.
• Align ERP design with corporate standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
