Program Coordinator II

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused professional to serve as a liaison between the Law School and campus partners, helping students navigate financial processes with confidence. The role involves monitoring student accounts, resolving issues, and preparing reports to support accurate billing and benefits processing.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a concierge‑level liaison for JD and graduate students on financial aid, funding options, and veterans’ benefits.
• Manage and evaluate student accounts, compile billing statements, and coordinate with Student Business Services and Financial Aid.
• Prepare load files and detailed spreadsheets for tuition, fees, and veteran benefits across multiple programs.
• Support recruitment and enrollment by explaining financial options, attending events, and creating marketing materials.
• Coordinate, allocate, and award scholarships while tracking endowed funds.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four or more years of experience in Student Financial Aid, Student Business Services, veteran benefits, or related areas.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Working knowledge of word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word).
