Program Coordinator II

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused professional to serve as a key liaison between the Law School and campus partners, helping students navigate complex financial processes with confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for Student Financial Aid, Student Business Services, and Veterans Services for JD and graduate law students.
• Manage student accounts, prepare billing statements, resolve billing issues, and compile financial data for reporting.
• Support recruitment and enrollment by explaining financial aid options, attending events, and creating marketing materials.
• Coordinate, allocate, and award scholarships while tracking endowed funds and ensuring compliance with guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Four or more years of experience in student financial aid, business services, veteran benefits, or related areas.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Proficiency with word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word).
