About the role
The Mays Business School at Texas A&M University is seeking a Program Coordinator I to support the administration and strategic development of its MBA program operations. This position will manage Salesforce components, ensure data integrity, and provide reporting that drives program success. The role can be based in College Station or Houston, Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance Salesforce objects, including emails, dashboards, reports, event landing pages, and forms.
- Respond to and complete Salesforce work requests from program leaders.
- Ensure data security, governance, and overall data quality across systems.
- Generate regular analytics and reports to support program goals.
- Assist with system enhancements and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of administrative, program, customer‑service, or database experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Salesforce platform expertise.
- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with CRM systems and data management concepts.
