Professional Liability Attorney - A&E/CD Construction Defects

About the role

Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm, is seeking an Architects and Engineer Errors & Omissions / Construction Defect Attorney (A&E/CD) with 2 to 5 years of experience. The position can be based out of the New York City, Westchester or Melville, NY office, within a litigation team that emphasizes collaboration, mentorship and attorney growth.

Required profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience representing design professionals, developers and contractors in complex construction defect property cases.
• Preferably a proven trial track record, with experience at the state and federal level.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently with appropriate support.

Required skills

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research and communication skills.
