Production Worker – Expediting Department

About the role

The Staging Associate organizes garments for production and order fulfillment in the Expediting Department, ensuring efficient workflow and accurate order preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Stage garments on carts according to order number, due date, and production schedule.
• Verify that all items for each order are present, correctly labeled, and in the proper quantities and sizes.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are ready for each step.
• Maintain organized staging areas to keep workflow efficient and orders traceable.
• Assist in moving carts and garments between departments as needed.
• Communicate order status or discrepancies to supervisors and team members.
• Follow all company safety and operational procedures.
• Support additional warehouse or expediting tasks during peak periods.

Required profile

• Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or production experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, and move carts for the duration of the shift.
• Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
• Team‑oriented, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production needs.
