Production Worker – 7am to 3:30pm

About the role

Join CS Group’s fast‑growing production team as a Production Worker. You will work Monday‑Friday, 7 AM‑3:30 PM, helping to create and package beverage products for a nationwide network of venues.

Key responsibilities

• Batch, blend, and operate mixing equipment.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust filler, bander, tape machine, and other filling equipment to ensure safe operation and product quality.
• Follow SOPs, accurately fill, pack, and label orders according to specifications.
• Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness in line with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Communicate product quality issues to QC and meet production deadlines safely.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
• Willingness to perform heavy lifting and physical work.
• Team player eager to be trained and learn.

Required skills

• Operation of mixing equipment.
• Setup and adjustment of filler, bander, and tape machines.
• Adherence to SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices.
