Production Worker – 2:30 pm to 1 am

About the role

Join CS Group, a beverage manufacturer specializing in juices and cocktail mixers, as a Production Worker on the 2:30 pm – 1 am shift. You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment that values positivity, respect, and hustle while contributing to daily production goals.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and adjust filler, bander, tape machine, and other filling equipment to ensure safe operation and product quality.
• Batch, blend, and operate mixing equipment, and assist with equipment inspections and calibration.
• Accurately fill, pack, and label orders according to work order specifications.
• Perform sanitation duties and maintain equipment and work area cleanliness in line with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Communicate product quality issues to QC and follow SOPs as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent and reliable transportation.
• Punctual with good attendance and able to perform heavy lifting and physical work.
• Basic math skills and ability to be cross‑trained in multiple production areas.

Required skills

• Experience with batching and filler line operations.
• Knowledge of equipment setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with equipment inspection, calibration, and GMP practices.
• Basic math proficiency.
