Production Worker - 2nd Shift

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and adjust filler, bander, tape machines and other filling equipment to ensure safe operation and product quality.
• Batch, blend, and operate mixing equipment while meeting production deadlines.
• Assist with equipment inspections, calibration, and routine sanitation following Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Accurately fill, pack, and label orders according to work order specifications.
• Communicate product quality issues to QC and follow SOPs as required.
• Be cross-trained to perform other production tasks as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical work.
• Basic math skills.

Required skills

• Batching experience (highly preferred).
• Filling line operation and equipment maintenance.
• Troubleshooting of production equipment.
• GMP training or knowledge.
• Basic math proficiency.
