Production Systems Specialist – Copier Technician

About the role

Join Konica Minolta as a Production Systems Specialist, focusing on copier and printing equipment maintenance. You will work directly with customers in the Buffalo, NY area, providing on‑site technical support and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, break/fix, installation, and hardware removal on Konica Minolta products.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and network issues for printing equipment.
• Use and maintain a variety of tools and gauges to diagnose and repair machinery.
• Travel to customer sites, manage inventory, and keep clients informed about scheduling.
• Log service visits and update client accounts in the Konica Minolta system.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to resolve customer issues.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience servicing or repairing office equipment or machinery.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to build professional customer relationships and maintain satisfaction.

Required skills

• A+ Certification (preferred).
• N+ Certification (preferred).
• Exposure to IT Networks (a plus).
