About the role
The Prime Production Support Specialist provides front‑office focused support for Prime Brokerage platforms, handling incidents, client connectivity and platform stability in a global 24x5 environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver 1st and 2nd line support for Equity Finance, Cash, Synthetics and reporting systems.
- Act as primary contact for trading desks, internal users and clients, managing queries and investigations.
- Manage API and FTP integrations, batch processing and system operations.
- Track, prioritize and resolve incidents, driving automation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with development, technology and risk teams on releases, capacity planning and disaster recovery.
Required profile
- Prior application support experience in a banking environment, preferably front‑office.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable and results‑driven with a focus on continuous improvement.

- SQL
- Linux (application support and scripting)
- Autosys job scheduling
- Java
- Git
- Automation and scripting tools
- Experience with AI tools in banking contexts
