Production Specialist - Coin and Currency Equipment

As a Production Specialist in Watertown, WI, you will help ensure the reliability and performance of coin and currency processing equipment. The role suits people who enjoy technology, problem-solving and hands-on work, and offers opportunities to grow your skills.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, test and troubleshoot cash-handling equipment to high quality standards.
• Perform precision fitting and alignment of moving parts.
• Tear down, rebuild and assemble new and refurbished units accurately.
• Use precision measuring tools and electrical testing devices.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support special projects.
• Work with the Quality team on training needs and technical issues, and recommend improvements.
• Monitor machine performance, record data and support ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance.
• Follow assembly drawings, wiring diagrams and specifications; lift, transport and assemble components.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-6 months of related experience, or equivalent education and training.
• Attention to detail, self-motivation and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to complete training on three qualifying products within the first year.

Required skills

• Solid PC, networking and application skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook and technical software, or quick ability to learn them.
