Production Quality Control Specialist

About the role

The Quality Control Specialist ensures that Drips' SMS and phone campaign builds function correctly before they reach real customers. Working remotely, you will test end‑to‑end performance, manage a queue of cases, and document any defects.

Key responsibilities

• Run functional and regression tests on completed builds, checking timing, routing, message content, and call behavior across carriers, devices, and time zones.
• Own a steady queue of QC cases from intake through documented closure, prioritizing by urgency and launch dates.
• Identify, document, and communicate defects clearly to Build and Product Engineering teams.
• Maintain test case records and defect dashboards in the test management platform and provide regular reports to leadership.

Required profile

• Strong queue management and ability to prioritize work without letting cases stall.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to spot inconsistencies and trends.
• Clear written communication to document defects and explain findings to both technical and non‑technical partners.

Required skills

• Experience with test management tools for documenting test cases and tracking results.
• Familiarity with functional and regression testing methodologies.
