Production Build Specialist

About the role

The Production Build Specialist configures and maintains customer campaigns using Drips' proprietary platform. This remote, full‑time position is ideal for organized, detail‑oriented individuals who enjoy learning a unique system without needing a coding background.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and update campaign projects in internal tools, including outreach schedules, branching logic, audio file mapping, and JSON‑based configurations.
• Manage a queue of build and support requests, resolve issues, test changes, and document updates for internal teams.
• Provide strategic configuration recommendations by translating vague business goals into concrete platform settings.
• Run basic tests and troubleshoot campaign behavior, collaborating with QA and other teams when deeper investigation is needed.

Required profile

• Exceptional organizational skills to handle a steady flow of requests and prioritize tasks.
• Comfort with structured data formats such as JSON (or XML/CSV) and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn proprietary software and follow documentation.
• Good problem‑solving and communication abilities to clarify requirements and explain changes.
