Production Manager

About the role

Mad City Windows & Baths, part of the Renuity family, is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily performance of installation and production teams across residential window replacement projects. The role ensures high‑quality execution, efficient operations, and positive customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily performance of all installation, production employees and subcontractor crews.
• Maintain consistent communication with crews and customers to ensure contract execution and satisfaction.
• Oversee quality‑control processes from product ordering through delivery and installation.
• Handle hiring, termination, and management of installers, subcontractors, and production staff.
• Identify and implement strategies to improve overall operational efficiency.
• Assist with and resolve customer complaints.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 5+ years of residential remodeling experience, specifically window replacement.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and communicate effectively with customers and teams.
