Production Line Operator – HMI‑Controlled Pallet Recycling

About the role

Join Fidelis Logistics as a Production Line Operator responsible for running and monitoring automated pallet recycling equipment through Human‑Machine Interface (HMI) systems. You will ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality production on each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor HMI‑controlled pallet repair and processing machinery.
• Adjust machine settings, track production data, and maintain optimal performance.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections, startups, and shutdowns.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical or electrical issues and coordinate with Maintenance as needed.
• Meet production targets while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production logs and perform regular product quality checks.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of manufacturing or production experience, preferably in pallet, lumber, or related industries.
• Familiarity with HMI systems, PLC‑controlled machinery, or automated production lines.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to identify basic mechanical or electrical issues.
• Safety‑conscious, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Capable of lifting up to 80 lb in an industrial environment.
