Production Control Warehouse Specialist

About the role

Regent is scaling production of its innovative Seaglider vehicles and needs a Production Control Warehouse Specialist to ensure material flows accurately between the warehouse and the production line.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials, verifying quantity, condition, and documentation against purchase orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Build and stage kits against bills of material and work orders, delivering them to assembly stations on schedule.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain lot/serial traceability for flight‑critical and export‑controlled hardware.
• Support daily production control stand‑ups with real‑time shortage and WIP status.
• Keep warehouse areas organized, labeled, and audit‑ready following 5S and AS9100 practices.

Required profile

• Warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience in manufacturing, aerospace, marine, or DoD logistics.
• Working knowledge of ERP/WMS inventory transactions and comfort with Excel and RF scanning tools.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain it quickly.
• Sharp eye for detail and strong ownership of inventory accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work on feet in an active shop‑floor environment.
• Eligibility as a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR.
