Product Specialist – Global Consumer Credit Commercialization

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Product Specialist to support the global commercialization of its consumer credit portfolio. The role will work across affluent and non‑affluent credit products, helping regional teams and account managers position Mastercard’s offerings effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the global consumer credit commercialization strategy for both affluent and non‑affluent products.
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials, toolkits, customer‑facing narratives and internal education resources.
• Support critical RFPs and strategic customer meetings by gathering inputs, compiling insights and producing clear, compelling presentations.
• Develop segment‑specific collateral that articulates product value, issuer benefits and cardholder advantages.
• Produce case studies, proof points and success stories that demonstrate product impact.
• Monitor market, issuer and competitor activity, synthesising trends into actionable summaries.
• Maintain commercialization trackers, KPI reports and pipeline views to improve visibility.

Required profile

• Experience supporting global product commercialization or sales enablement initiatives.
• Strong analytical ability to translate market data into clear insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating customer‑facing content.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple stakeholder inputs.
