Director, Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Director, Finance Business Partner leads finance support for Consumer Products & Processing product teams, providing business planning, decision analysis and financial insight to drive strategy and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary finance advisor for CPP product teams, managing budgets, forecasts, financial models and analysis.
• Develop business cases and financial models for product investments, resource requests and strategic priorities.
• Drive performance management through variance analysis, risk assessment and corrective actions.
• Prepare materials for monthly performance packages, operating reviews, scorecard updates and KPI dashboards.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and executive business reviews.
• Collaborate with accounting, FP&A, engineering finance and cross‑functional teams on spending risks, technology investments and cost‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven track record in finance, business partnership or FP&A.
• Strong partnership skills with ability to influence senior leaders and navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent project management, organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information and present analyses to executive leadership.

• Competitive base salary $163,000‑$269,000 USD per year.
