About the role

As a Product Software Engineer at lassie, you will help small businesses—starting with doctors’ offices—automate busywork and streamline daily workflows. You will turn complex, high‑value office tasks into simple, reliable software experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement product features used by healthcare offices every day.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and schemas for large‑scale datasets powering applied AI.
• Automate repetitive engineering tasks and create tooling to improve safety and speed.
• Diagnose and resolve live production incidents with minimal disruption.
• Collaborate across databases, caches, proxies, and job‑orchestration systems.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for working with frontier AI models.
• Focus on reliability and correctness, not just functionality.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues quickly.
• Comfort with end‑to‑end system components, from storage to orchestration.
