Product Principal, Content Supply Chain

About the role

The Product Principal for Content Supply Chain connects strategy to execution across the disciplines that move creative assets from production to customer experience: Digital Asset Management, Content Management, Campaign Activation and Email, Ad Builder and SEO. The role bridges product direction and delivery so that work across these domains forms a unified content supply chain capability. It is a leadership position reporting to the Director, with no direct reports, and typically involves 5% to 20% overnight travel.

Key responsibilities

• Delivery and execution (10%): coordinate Distinguished Engineers, UX Principals and impacted teams so the path to scope is known and aligned, and review recommended solutions and the product team's work against company, stakeholder and end-user priorities.
• Strategy and planning (60%): partner with a cross-functional program or technology portfolio, cascade context up to leadership and strategy down to teams using OKRs, lead cross-functional discovery with UX Principals and Distinguished Engineers, sequence activities and provide a holistic roadmap with dependencies.
• Team and stakeholder (30%): represent the portfolio in enterprise planning, foster collaboration across teams and portfolios, manage expectations and educate requesters on prioritization based on tangible benefits and user experience.

Required profile

• Age 18 or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• At least 2 years of previous leadership experience; preferred 8 years.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field related to the job.
• Preferred: experience across content operations or marketing technology, including asset management, content publishing, digital activation or search optimization.
• Preferred: proven track record of mentoring product practitioners and presenting to senior leadership.

Required skills

• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery.
• Ability to translate technical concepts and platform constraints into clear business implications.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and comfort working in ambiguity.
