Product Partnerships Manager, Consumer/SMB

About the role

Replit is seeking a Product Partnerships Manager to own strategic partnerships from opportunity identification through launch and impact measurement. This product‑focused role works with consumer technology partners such as Stripe, Shopify, Google, and the broader connector ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a prioritized pipeline of high‑leverage partnership opportunities across consumer tooling, AI tooling, cloud, infrastructure, and payments.
• Lead partner conversations from early exploration through joint product thesis, business case, commercial terms, launch plan, and post‑launch iteration.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Sales to turn agreements into shipped outcomes.
• Work with Partner Engineers to scope integrations, demos, prototypes, reference apps, and enablement assets.
• Define success metrics for each launch and decide when to scale, iterate, or sunset a partnership.

Required profile

• Experience sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and launching strategic partnerships.
• Strong product judgment and ability to influence roadmap decisions.
• Technical fluency with APIs, authentication, cloud deployment, databases, LLMs, and developer workflows.
• Hands‑on familiarity with Replit or comparable AI‑native developer tools.
• Ability to manage ambiguous, multi‑party processes from discovery to measurement.
