Product Manager – Omnichannel Healthcare Platform

About the role

We are hiring a Product Manager to lead the definition of our omnichannel healthcare marketing platform. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and customers to turn open‑ended problems into shipped software, owning what gets built and shaping the product as it evolves.

Key responsibilities

• Own product areas on the roadmap end‑to‑end, from problem definition through launch and iteration.
• Work closely with designers and engineers, maintaining a high bar for quality.
• Prioritize the backlog against customer impact, technical reality, and business commitments.
• Partner with data engineering and data science on models and recommendation features.
• Use product analytics, usage data, competitive analysis, and user feedback to guide future development.
• Define product milestones and collaborate with project management to keep teams on track.

Required profile

• Adaptable and resilient, comfortable adjusting scope as the organization grows.
• Proactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills.
• Highly organized self‑starter able to work independently under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• 4+ years product management experience shipping B2B or enterprise software.
• Fluency with APIs, data models, and AI/LLM feature development.
• Experience working closely with engineering, design, and data teams on workflow‑heavy products.
• Skill in writing clear specifications and breaking large problems into shippable iterations.
• Experience in Agile product development environments.
