Product Manager - Keystone Subscription Engine

About the role

NetApp's Keystone team is looking for a Product Manager in San Jose, CA, to help deliver its leading Storage-as-a-Service (STaaS) platform for hybrid and cloud environments. The role defines product strategies, improves customer experiences and supports initiatives across the Keystone Subscription Engine, working with cross-functional teams to deliver subscription-based storage services.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customers: conduct user research and workflow analysis, gather customer feedback and market data to guide product decisions.
• Design solutions: collaborate with design and field teams on simple, customer-focused solutions and validate them with customers and internal teams.
• Support product strategy and roadmap for subscription-based services, prioritizing features based on customer feedback and business goals.
• Help create onboarding and service management customer experiences and suggest usability improvements using data.
• Work with engineering, UX and support teams to deliver quality releases, and partner with marketing on launches and adoption.
• Coordinate initiatives, manage trade-offs, define KPIs and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Typically at least 2 years of experience in product management, software, cloud services or subscription platforms.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision and foster collaboration across teams.

What we offer

• Target salary range of 113,050 - 168,300 USD, depending on location, qualifications, experience and education.
