Product Manager – Growth

About the role

Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams and needs a Product Manager, Growth to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across its product suite. You will work closely with engineers, designers, marketers, and data scientists to develop and execute data‑driven growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth product strategy covering acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Own the roadmap for a defined growth surface, from opportunity identification through launch, measurement, and scaling.
• Lead ideation, development, and launch of AI‑powered growth experiences such as onboarding, product discovery, recommendations, and cross‑sell.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and data science to deliver high‑impact initiatives across core product experiences and partner‑led channels.
• Conduct customer research, analyze product metrics, and define growth KPIs; design experiments to isolate incremental impact.
• Evaluate AI‑powered experiences for growth impact, accuracy, relevance, and reliability while safeguarding sensitive financial data.

Required profile

• BA/BS in mathematics, technical, or analytical field.
• Minimum 4 years of product management experience building technical products from ideation to launch.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to write SQL and craft data‑driven narratives.
• Demonstrated passion for AI through hands‑on building, prototyping, or side projects.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills to align cross‑functional teams.
