Product Lead, Growth

About the role

Airwallex, the AI-native financial operating system used by more than 675,000 businesses, is looking for a Product Lead, Growth in San Francisco. You will define and drive the strategy, roadmap and execution for its next-generation AI-powered products, working at the intersection of fintech, AI/ML and global financial operations. This is a high-impact, strategic role shaping the future of global payments, treasury, cards and B2B financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered features and platforms, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Mentor and lead a team of product managers, and define the product vision and roadmap.
• Partner with engineering, data science, design, compliance and commercial teams to deliver scalable, secure and intuitive AI solutions.
• Drive Product-Led Growth initiatives such as in-product nudges, rewards, cross-sell systems and lifecycle automation.
• Build and ship hands-on AI/ML products (copilots, agents, chatbots, recommendation systems).
• Lead customer service and support automation (bots, self-serve flows, deflection journeys).
• Embed compliance, transparency and responsible AI practices, and launch products across regions and languages.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience on complex, multi-surface products, including 0 to 1 products.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI/LLM-powered products.
• Data-driven problem solver with a track record of running experiments such as A/B tests.
• Preferred: fintech, payments, treasury or cards experience; growth, lifecycle or PLG product experience; technical background in AI/ML, data science or engineering; experience launching products globally.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of how modern ML systems are trained, evaluated, deployed and monitored.
• Analytical rigor using dashboards, SQL or product analytics tools.
• Stakeholder management and ability to align engineering, data, design, operations, CS and GTM partners.
