Procurement Specialist – Hybrid (Irvine, CA)

About the role

ETAP is looking for a proactive Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing, supplier performance and compliance in Irvine, CA. The role supports internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery, regulatory adherence and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing activities and monitor supplier lead times, delivery schedules and supply‑chain risks.
• Maintain accurate SKU, accessory, assembly and component data in ERP and CRM systems.
• Support inventory management, milestone deliveries and conduct supply‑chain audits.
• Work with Compliance and Trade teams to ensure regulatory requirements, collect HTS, Schedule B and ECCN classifications, and prepare documentation for audits.
• Maintain vendor files, contracts, purchase history and performance KPIs; assist with annual vendor performance reviews.
• Prepare monthly supply‑chain performance and risk reports and communicate shortages, delays or geopolitical impacts to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and proactive with strong analytical abilities.
• Experience collaborating with internal departments and external suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of HTS, Schedule B and ECCN classification processes.
