Procurement Program Manager

About the role

Intermedia is seeking a Procurement Program Manager to lead both direct and indirect procurement activities across its global operations. You will be responsible for driving efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction while supporting a $200M annual spend.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and author commodity strategies for key inbound products and services.
• Partner with Legal to embed contractual terms into MSAs, SOWs, and supplier agreements.
• Lead RFI/RFP processes, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate contracts to secure optimal price, quality, and delivery.
• Apply AI and analytics to procurement functions, managing the Coupa ERP system.
• Design and maintain PowerBI dashboards to track spend, savings, and performance metrics.
• Handle ServiceNow requests related to procurement and produce regular departmental reports.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, IT, Marketing, Sales, and Facilities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Participate in high‑level strategic initiatives and support daily business execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate procurement, preferably managing large‑scale spend.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
