Procurement Operations Specialist

About the role

Zenlayer is seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of purchase orders, supplier invoices, and payment requests. The role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant procurement execution while supporting reliable financial reporting in a fast‑paced global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create, modify, close, and document purchase orders throughout their lifecycle.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies, billing inquiries, and payment issues.
• Prepare and process payment requests in line with internal policies and approval procedures.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure data integrity within ERP systems.
• Partner with Procurement and Finance teams for timely cost recognition, invoice reconciliation, and accurate financial reporting.
• Monitor transactions, identify data gaps, and drive issue resolution and process improvements.
• Support internal audits and contribute to continuous enhancement of procurement controls and data quality.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement operations, finance operations, accounts payable, or supply chain.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional coordination.
