Procurement Connected Supply Analyst

About the role

Dauch is seeking a Procurement Connected Supply Analyst to join its team in Detroit, MI. The Connected Supply Analyst leads Tier N supply chain mapping across all customer programs in a global automotive Tier 1 environment, driving end-to-end supplier visibility and supporting third-party supply chain mapping and supplier onboarding platforms. The role gives actionable insights to Global Procurement leadership and helps identify risk exposure such as chokepoints and single-source dependencies.

Key responsibilities

• Map multi-tier (Tier N) supply chains across all customer programs using standardized methods for supplier identification, tier linkage validation and data collection, keeping maps up to date.
• Onboard suppliers into digital mapping platforms, capturing accurate facility-level data, complete Tier N disclosures and alignment with OEM reporting requirements, and resolve data gaps and non-compliance with suppliers.
• Identify chokepoints, single-source suppliers and geographic/geopolitical risks, and support crisis response with rapid supply chain visibility and impact analysis.
• Support OEM customer requests (e.g., Ford, GM, Stellantis) for supply chain transparency, Tier N mapping submissions, program reporting and documentation submitted through OEM portals, and support customer audits and validations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in automotive supply chain or procurement, supplier or risk management, or supply chain mapping and visibility initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to manage large, complex datasets, and excellent stakeholder communication, including with OEMs.
• Process-driven with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, Plex and SAP.
• Understanding of multi-tier supply chain structures and automotive program management requirements.
