Field Account & Quality Coordinator

About the role

The Field Account & Quality Coordinator will act as the central hub for program delivery, linking account managers, field staff, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth progression from intake to verified savings. Based in Detroit, this full-time position supports SEEL’s mission to reduce energy waste through efficient logistics and weatherization projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform QA/QC checks on completed field work and verify documentation before submission.
• Coordinate daily program delivery, tracking account and contractor status across systems such as SDP, OIT, Power BI and SharePoint.
• Identify and resolve stalled work by monitoring applications, assessments, work orders, payment aging and health-and-safety bottlenecks.
• Facilitate contractor communication, schedule site visits, confirm site readiness and manage follow-up actions.
• Report performance indicators including completion rates, inspection failures, customer complaints and invoice aging.
• Assist finance and data teams to ensure timely contractor payments and accurate savings validation.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with customers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in field coordination, program management or quality assurance within logistics, construction or energy-efficiency environments.
• Detail-oriented mindset to spot documentation gaps and process inefficiencies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Experience using SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
