About the role
The Process Engineering Co‑Op will work with the process development team to gain hands‑on experience in mass and heat transfer while supporting the improvement of food and beverage manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with engineers across laboratory, pilot‑scale, and production environments.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor or Master of Science in Chemical, Mechanical, or Food Engineering (as of Winter/Spring 2026).
- Previous laboratory or work experience in an engineering or food‑science setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and basic understanding of experimental design.

What we offer
- Hourly pay ranging from $25.00 to $32.00.
- Six‑month term starting June 8, 2027, with summer Fridays (8:00 am‑12:30 pm).
- On‑site work at the corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA, with access to a pilot plant in Middleboro, MA.
- Flexibility for off‑site project travel and experimental test runs.
