Process Control Engineer (PCT Specialist)

About the role

Envalior is looking for a Process Control Technician Specialist (PCT Specialist) to join its PM/SM Manufacturing department. The role monitors and optimizes production processes to ensure high product quality and operational efficiency, working closely with production, engineering and quality teams to implement process controls and troubleshoot deviations. The workplace is on site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain process control procedures and documentation.
• Monitor production data and analyze trends to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and optimize process parameters.
• Train and support production operators on process controls.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Proven experience in process control within a chemical or polymer production environment.
• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and process optimization.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Must currently live within daily driving distance of the Gastonia, North Carolina manufacturing plant.
