Industrial Recycling Management Team Leader

About the role
Kaisha Service is looking for a Team Leader for its industrial recycling management function in Princeton. The role handles scrap, recyclable, non-hazardous and hazardous waste generated from automobile manufacturing, and contributes to environmental management system performance, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in pollution prevention.
Key responsibilities
- Follow standardized work instructions for the safe removal and disposal of waste and recyclables from manufacturing facilities
- Lead team members in following those work instructions
- Clean the work area according to 5S standards
- Lead and/or take part in team meetings and trainings
- Participate in Kaizen activities
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months of related experience or training

- Pay of $19.50 with a 5% premium for the Team Leader pay and shift
- Shift hours 7:15 PM to 4:00 AM
