Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician (2nd or 3rd Shift)

About the role

Envalior is looking for a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join its Manufacturing & SHE Excellence team in Gastonia. You will help maintain and repair a wide range of production equipment across mechanical, electrical and fabrication disciplines, keeping plant machinery running and minimising downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment failures and carry out corrective actions promptly.
• Perform welding (MIG/TIG), metal fabrication and machining as required.
• Work with PLCs, electrical control systems and instrumentation for diagnostics and repairs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical manuals.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Required profile

• Associate degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Maintenance preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in multi-craft industrial maintenance.
• Proficiency in welding, electrical systems up to 480V, mechanical repairs and fabrication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed.
